Installation Fee: $250.00

The installation fee must be paid in full before your installation can be scheduled. Our office will contact you with payment instructions after reviewing your application.

Note: A $2.75 administration fee will be charged monthly if you choose mailed statements.

Your Arrow technician will install and configure any hardware you select.

Equipment Ownership & Authorization

Equipment Ownership:

All outdoor subscriber radio equipment remains the property of Arrow unless agreed otherwise. You agree not to sell, transfer, lease, or assign any interest in the equipment. You agree to pay Arrow the full cost of repair/replacement if the subscriber unit is damaged, lost, stolen, or not returned upon service cancellation.

Service Authorization:

  • I will receive invoices by email at the start of each month
  • I agree to pay the monthly fee; service will be disabled if payment is not received
  • The outdoor subscriber unit is owned by Arrow and will be removed if service is cancelled
  • An Arrow installer will contact me to arrange installation
  • Arrow will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected
